Within our organization chart is found the industrial organization department which keenly deals with quality control, meeting method and timeline objectives and procedure improvement while at the same time our RD department diligently and relentlessly deals with new product handling and ways to improve our industrialization and manufacturing procedures.
Our procedure system and methodology is firmly based on the Lean Manufacturing philosophy which allows us to optimize our productivity in chain, therefore improving productivity fluency, costs, deadlines and product assembling. CAMETAL´s fundamental guideline is to improve competitiveness which inevitably calls for an ongoing effort to both identify and eradicate with any value loss found in the production process, regardless of the measure.
To ensure quality productivity and logistic standards are met TPM, GSigma and other professional concepts such as new business assessment techniques specialized in the industrial coach-building business are carefully and strictly implemented.
